  HOW MUCH ROOM IS NEEDED?

We need a level surface with about 18x18 feet square with overhead clearing.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SETUP THE MOONWALK?

The moonwalk takes about 30 mins to setup and about 30mins to take down.

WHAT TYPE OF SURFACE CAN THE MOONWALK BE SETUP ON?

The moonwalk can be setup up on any level surface that's free of any rocks and or debris , light slopes ok also can be setup on large indoor areas please provide the type of surface when booking your party so we can bring proper equipment.

WHAT IS INCLUDED ?

Our moonwalk rentals always include free delivery, setup, and pickup, cause you busy party planners have enough to do!

WHAT IS THE CONDITION AND SAFETY OF THE MOONWALK ?

All airwalk inflatables are new (2006) and are completely safe with mesh on all four sides and a safety entrance .

WHAT ABOUT IF IT RAINS?

Airwalkinflatables has no cancellation policy especially when it comes to weather or any other condition.But if it rains during the event there will be no refunds issued at time of pick up .

WHEN IS PAYMENT DUE ?

The payment is due upon delivery and setup.

IS POWER NEEDED FOR THE MOONWALK?

Yes, power is needed we supply the cords , but there has to be a power source present.

WHAT ARE MY RESPONSIBILITIES AS THE RENTER?

Airwalkinflatable is in no way liable for any injury's that may occur .and therefore do not carry any general liability insurance and we release all liability to the renter at  the time of the signing of the waiver ,and that the renter provide all necessary supervision and liability for the moonwalk/slide while rented out .
